Instructions for Posters

The recommended poster format is portrait A0 (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm height). Double-sided adhesive tape and/or pins will be available in the poster area to put the posters on the panels.

Authors are required to print their own posters and are responsible for hanging up their posters before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends.

Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the PDF program. Please place your poster on the assigned board.

In this edition of the Chip in/on, 43" LED TVs will be used for poster presentation. The TVs will stand vertically and the author just needs to plug your USB stick with the PDF-format poster in it for the presentation. Optionally, the author can connect your laptop for show additional material of your work (HDMI cable not available, please, bring your own HDMI cable).

Each TV will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the PDF program. Please place your poster on the assigned TV. 

Authors are responsible for plug their USB stick and starting the PDF presentation before the start of the session and unplug them after the session ends.
